I THINK it's right at dawn. Often times power roles interact with each other, so they need to wait for all of them to be in. There's usually a cut off time for the mod to receive them and then I think the mod executes the power roles and sends out the results. So, if I investigate someone, I'll probably get the result right at dusk, plus of minus an hour or so. At least that's my guess.

Pede, could you put the word out about Dirx trying to sub out. He mentioned it yesterday, but I think it kind of went un-noticed on the scum board and on the public board. Ulla said she would mention it on some of the other boards as well, but I'm not seeing any takers and we are basically down a blackheart as he's not posting anymore. I was going to post something at Giraffeboards, but I didn't want that to get scrutinized later on in the game. Or

Take a look at Meeko's odd question and my reply to it about shooting yourself in the foot. It seems like a good idea. I mentioned that it was pro-town, but in the same vein it's also pro-scum, so if anyone here is about to be lynched, consider voting for yourself, it'll make one less person ensinned and that much closer to a scum (and town for that matter) win.

Joey, I have pmed Ped and asked that if our sub(Rysto) does not get here by Night One, that he swap my role with SirDirx.
Not sure if he is willing to do that, but I'd rather have a missing generic scum than a missing doctor scum. Since it is Day One and Night One hasn't arrived, I'm not sure if Ped is willing/unwilling to do so.

Well, Rysto is online right now, hopefully he'll make an appearance over here. Pede mentioned that he might not be particularly talkative. I'm not sure if that's a joke or if he's worried he won't be that active. Hopefully if he can't play, he'll sub rather then get lynched for lurking.

I'm afraid I don't have a lot of free time right now, so ped was warning the town that I may not participate too much.
Upthread, somebody mentioned killing Angel to try and throw suspicion on Ed. Think this one through: if Ed is scum, he's attacking Angel because he things he can get Angel lynched. Why would scum kill a player they think they can get lynched?
Tonight, I think that we should investigate Chronos. I'm suspicious that he guessed that we scum count as sinners for the win condition. I can guarantee you that the Sinners know that, because they need to understand how their win condition works. So did Chronos guess right, or was that PIS sneaking though? I'd investigate him tonight and find out.
My protection has an interesting aspect to it: my target knows that they were protected, but not who protected them. This makes me confirmable as a Doctor. I may be able to use that to confirm myself as Town. If there's a Town Doctor out there, though, I'll be sunk. I could try a backup Doctor claim after a Town Doctor is dead, but I'm not sure if I could make the same trick work twice. Then again, I'm not sure if any of the players in this game have even heard of Apocalypse...
I wasn't lying when I said that the Sinners worry me more than anything in this game. I just wasn't entirely truthful about why. My thinking right now is that the Sinners are the biggest threat to us, because they could steal our win at any time. To win, we have to get the game down to 3 non-scum(and that's with none of us dying) left. I think that the Sinners will have an easy chance to win long before the game gets to that point. I see Joey's main role for us is in tracking down the Sinners. If you get a hit, we try to build a case against that player and get them lynched. If we fail, we night kill them the next night. Getting a Sinner lynched is the best-case outcome for us, but I don't think that we should be overly worried about making that happen.
Does my protection protect against the Seed of Sin?
If it doesn't, then I think that there has to be some killing role out there, probably a Vigilante.

Damn. Hm, so either my role is one big red herring or there's a Vig out there...

OK, guys.
We're two hours from Nighttime, and I'm heading out for a bit. I'll be back in the Night One thread to give my thoughts.
I suggest we begin by figuring out two things:
1. How do we want to decide who to kill?
2. Who will it be?
I have thoughts on both, which I'll share when I return.
