Jigglypuff (Roleblocker)
For the longest time, this game was par for the course: a guy tells you to fight, you fight. Easy-peasy, wait for KOs, stop fighting. Unfortunately, it just got a little too dangerous. You want the killing to stop, so it can go back to before. Your singing may help in this regard. Anyone caught in the blast tends to be sleepy...
1. Every night, you may choose someone to sing to. This person will sleep and not do any actions that day. 2. Anyone targeting this person will also hear it, and fall asleep. 3. The person alphabetically above and below your target will also fall asleep.

Ness (Detective)
You were a little surprised that people remembered your game enough to ask you, but highly pleased. This is really all fun and games...well, was. It's gotten a touch more serious. But you're confident. You've been around the pad a few times, and besides, you're a psychic. These things help in a battle of wits.
1. Each night, you may investigate a player. You'll get their role name, but no other information. 2. Instead, you may investigate a role name. If you do so, you will get a vague description of their role (but more explicit than the death description). Note that I will create roles for characters outside of the game if you investigate one.

Krystal (Empath)
You weren't really...excited...about coming to fight. It really didn't sound like a good idea, and you didn't think you were a good fighter. But it's really been a blast, and you've been getting some good practice...up until four nights ago, when the killing started, and SOMEONE STOLE YOUR d**n STAFF!!!!! Sorry...you aren't usually that angry. It's just...everyone here, they're all so angry, and you're an empath. It starts to rub off on you. Fortunately, you can benefit from this. Every day, you can concentrate on someone's thought patterns, isolating them from the stream of feelings. You won't get specific thoughts, but you can get a sense of their emotions...and where their loyalties lie. That's about it, at least without your staff.
1. Once per night, you may investigate someone, and get alignment. Town, Scum, or PFK (if present).
MOD NOTES: Either Krystal's staff can be a red herring, or it could be in body bag #7. Need a mechanic for what happens if she gets it. I'm thinking it would be a good idea if she could get it, because her role is kinda boring right now.
Okay, if she gets her staff, her investigations return character name as well.

Mr. Game & Watch (Schizo)
BLEEP BLOOP BEEP BEEP BOOP. BLEEP BLEEP BOOP BOOP BLEEP BLOOP BEEP BEEP BEEP. BEEP BLOOP BLEEP BOOP BOOP BEEP BLOOP. BEEP BEEP BLOOP BEEP BLEEP BLEEP BOOP BOOP.
1. Your most powerful weapon is your Judgment Hammer. You must use it every night, as it's power will not stand to be wasted. 2. At dawn, you will get the message You hit --whoever you targeted-- with a 1/2/3/4/5/6/7/8/9, but this does not tell you what it did. Note that each number is equally likely. 3. Despite your PM, you have no post restriction. This is a mercy few mods would have granted you.
ModNotes: 1--Gives Mr. Game & Watch a 3 lynch point penalty the next night. 2--No effect 3--No effect 4--No effect 5--Keeps the target from voting the next night. 6--Gives the target +5 lynch points the next night. 7--Doctor ability 8--Roleblocks. Also, if he targets that person again the next night, they die 9--Ninjakill
All are equally likely.

Mario (Coroner)
Of course you are here. Nintendo's putting on the biggest bash ever, there's no way you couldn't be. Unfortunately, your priorities have changed ever since the first attack. Your normal skills, the jumping and running and ground pound won't help you here. So you've sliced your own little niche with your doctor powers. After stonewalling for five days, the propriaters have finally allowed you access to the corpses already dead. Your doctor skills will be of use here, and even though you're not good enough to heal anyone, you can at lead glean information from the dead. You can glean a lot of information. In fact, you'll get their full role PMs. But aside from my blooper reels, you'll also know who's not in the game, which can be as useful as knowing who is.
1. Every night, you may examine a body bag. There are ten unmarked body bags, each containing a role I didn't end up using. Each day, you may examine one, and determine who is in it.
One more thing. Since you're getting my mod notes, there will be references to things I kept in and other figures. Any word or words you aren't allowed to see will replaced by XXXX. Any number will be replaced by X (even 1 or 0).
Notes: Contents of bags #1-10 in unused roles thread

Zelda (Governor/White Mage/Lover)
You thought you and your alter ego had come to an agreement--you protect me during the day, and I'll think for you at night. Unfortunately, he's been lashing out. You don't know what he's been doing, since he's been casting amnesia on you right before dawn every day, but it could be anything. Whatever it is, he has been disrupting you during unordinary situations, so much so that you had to cast a spell to keep him contained. If the killing stop, you think, you can get him to calm down, and maybe find a fellow magic user to exorcise the aggravating element of your psyche. Once the SCUM have gone away, you're sure, everything will be just fine...
1. You have cast a spell to keep Sheik trapped within you during the night. However, this spell won't last more than 12 hours at a time, and besides Sheik's better at battling than you, so you have no control over your actions during the night. You may not post during the night, nor will you remember your nighttime excursions. Doing so would be...disastrous. If you attempt to take back control during the day, you would fully lose control of your body, dying, and Sheik would live. 2. Because you and Sheik share a body, if one of you dies, the other dies. Tough luck on that. 3. During the day, you may cast a spell that calms people's aggression. It takes a while to prepare, though, so you must make your decision early (three hours before night's end). This spell will stop any kills during the day (e.g. the lynch). 4. You can instead create an explosive protective flask during the day. Attach this to somebody at dusk, and then next dusk it will explode and protect that person. Example: Day 1 you attach a protective flask to molefan Night 1 molefan isn't targeted Day 2 you attach a protective flask to Pleonast Night 2 both Pleo and molefan are attacked; Pleo dies, molefan doesn't.
ModNotes: The Latin abbreviation is deliberately messed up. If the lynch was the only possible nightkill, it would be i.e., because they're two ways of saying the same thing. However, because there are two possible ways to nightkill, the lynch is just one example, or e.g.

Pit (Aegis)
You came here under orders from your goddess, Palutena. You were to watch over your fellow smashers as you fought them, to make sure nothing permanent happened to them. Palutena suspected a direct attack similar to Tabuu's earlier failed subspace assault--as such, she only gave you weapons. Now that danger has finally arrived, these weapons are useless. You've prayed to her over the past five days, and she's given you a sort of mystical shield in response. It seems to keep any other influences away from the person it shields.
1. Each night, you may target someone other than you to protect with your shield. 2. This shield causes all others targeting the player under it to fail. If they were already going to die from an action earlier, or would target themselves, that would still go through. They can still do their own action unhindered.
ModNotes: This is sort of a reverse-roleblocker. Brand new role, made up by moi.

Solid Snake (Living Bomb)
You were confused at first when they contracted you out. You had no authorization of deadly force, no group to take down, no real goal at all. It seemed a pathetic ploy for money from FOXHOUND. And it might be. But it might be that these SCUM are highly dangerous individuals who must be stopped before they escape The Smasher's Mansion. It might be that your agency expected this assault and had prepared for it before anyone else. You're leaning toward the second. However, despite an authorization of deadly force, you still have no real weapons, and there are none to find. All you can do is hide, and, if someone tries to attack you, stealthkill. You can hide well, though, as long as no-one blows your cover.
1. At the beginning of the game, your chance of surviving any attack is at 100%. 2. Every time someone says your name, a nickname, or Solid Snake, it goes down by 1%. For example (assuming molefan): Molefan, i think that -- Down 1% And Mr. Mole seems to think -- Down 1% Molefan seems to think so, he practically screamed it last night. -- Down 1% If Solid Snake is in this game, Molefan would scream. -- Down 2% Snake is a bit jumpy, eh Molefan? Molefan? --Down 3% I think the scum might have a mole, a snake in the grass. -- No change :Quote by Molefan: I think this is evidence that he's a vigilante, since he is a secret agent. -- No change Posts you yourself make do not count, and neither do posts by the mods. Also, quotes don't, even the part above it, and neither do day posts. 3. This percentage applies only for kill attempts--not lynches. 4. If you manage to dodge a kill attempt, you have the option of performing a counter-stealthkill. If you do so, your percentage goes down to 0% and stays there.

Pokemon Trainer (Weak Doc/Redirector/Vig Poisoner)
You're actually a bit better off than some of the others here, since you can talk, and you've got three different pokemon at your disposal (so to speak). Still, what's going on right now is really confusing. Hopefully you can figure things out, but it'll be really difficult.
1. You have three pokemon: Charizard, Squirtle, and Ivysaur. Each one can do different things as a night action: Charizard can protect someone, though if that person is attacked, Charizard wil be KOed and will no longer be available. Squirtle can move someone's target to someone else. No-one should notice, though there will be a patch of water or ice. Ivysaur can hit someone with leech seed. They'll notice the seeds, but not know the effects. The next day, they'll die. 2. Each day, you may switch your current pokemon out. The order goes like this: Squirtle-->Ivysaur-->Charizard and back around. You start off with the pokemon of your choice. 3. Each day, you may use the power of the pokemon you have out. You may not switch pokemon during the night.
ModNotes: there were too many variable roles, Wanted something (slightly) more definitive.

Toon Link (Paranoid Doc/Commuter)
Most people like you. You're pretty popular in the community, and with Phantom Hourglass out, you've even gotten a seperate little fan community! There is one thing, though, that the detractors say that really annoys you--too much sailing. You're in an island chain--of course there's going to be sailing! How else would you get from place to place? You have your boat (not the King of Red Lions, it's a loaner, but it's not bad) here, and boat repair materials, and you're ready to prove the power of sailing! Oh, and help the town in the process, of course.
1.Each night, you may sail on your ship. You may invite someone else to go too; they will not turn you down. 2. While on the boat, the both of you (or just you) are protected from death. Also, any guest you invite will not be able to use any of his or her powers (being stranded and all). 3. Unfortunately, your boat is very leaky, meaning you can't sail it on consecutive days.

Metaknight (Involuntary Backup)
No-one would know it under all that heavy armor, but you're really just as much a shapeshifter as Kirby. You don't particularly like this power, nor being a puffball, so you've trained in the sword to compensate, and challange people to prove your worth. This was just another proving ground...until something happened. You've lost control of your shapeshifting powers. Every day, you'll transform into someone else, without your permission. Oh, and you won't be able to use your sword, not properly.
1. Whenever someone is lynched, you gain their powers. Not fully. You won't get access to any secret boards (meaning you couldn't use a SCUM's nightkill ability), but you will be able to do any actions they could. 2. Also, you will have no information except the death blurb and any details already talked about. So I'll say: do you want to take action 1, 2, 3 or nothing? And you choose, I'll request targets if necessary, and then it's done. 3. Every time a lynch goes through, your powers change. There is nothing you can do to stop this.
ModNotes: If a scum is lynched, he can't gain their kill power. If Mewtwo is lynched, he can get his kill power.
If Zelda cancels the lynch, his powers don't change, but if Nana is lynched, he gets the Ice Climbers' doublevoting.

Donkey Kong (Vig)
You don't like this situation at all. It was okay when there was fighting, because you're good at fighting, but now it's all intruige and logic. You're a gorilla, not a scientist. During the day, though you can still smash face, and you intend to use that for all it's worth.
1. Each night, you may choose someone to attack. That person will be killed unless cured or you are prevented from attacking.
ModNotes: Simple, straightforward for a change.

Wolf (mason/tracker)
Because you worked with them in the first major attack, you know, and keep in contact with, the other Baddies. You've been looking, and you see two right now: King Dedede (the Strange Bedfellow) and Ganondorf (the Big Bad). The Baddies are a pretty cool group, but something's gone wrong. You just recently discovered a SCUM pamphlet! You looked in it, and it appears that an angry retort has been scrawled on it. Good. There's only one SCUM among the Baddies. But who?
1. You are a mason. The other masons are __________ and meet at _________________. 2. There is exactly one SCUM among the masons. It isn't you. 3. Each night, you may follow someone. You will find out who they target and who targets them, but not what happens (though you may occasionally hear something).

Ganondorf (mason/daykill vig)
Because you worked with them in the first major attack, you know, and keep in contact with, the other Baddies. You've been looking, and you see two right now: King Dedede (the Strange Bedfellow) and Wolf (the Worthy Opponent). The Baddies are a pretty cool group, but something's gone wrong. You just recently discovered a SCUM pamphlet! You looked in it, and it appears that an angry retort has been scrawled on it. Good. There's only one SCUM among the Baddies. But who?
1. You are a mason. The other masons are ________________ and meet at ___________________. 2. There is exactly one SCUM among the masons. It isn't you. 3. Each day, you may cast a spell that will kill someone at dusk. Unfortunately, this spell is highly unreliable. At best, it will have a 50% chance of success. And, should you be either first or second-runner up in the voting tallies, the stress caused by this will make it automatically fail. Also, you may not target your fellow masons (well--you can, but it'll autofail).

Popo & Nana (Doublevoter/Scotsman)
The both of you gained fame for working as a team, the only characters close enough to be separate people. What no-one knows is that it's an act. Nana's...not a puppet in the strictest sense of the word, she's a person, but the two you share the same mind, which is permanently lodged in your body. This will prove to be a boon in the upcoming fight, as Nana can act as a separate voter, and a surrogate should someone attack you.
1. During the day, you may make two full votes without unvoting, and both will be counted. 2. If you are killed (and it's not blocked or cured) for any reason, you survive it. However, your power to double vote goes away. Also, if you die again, you're dead for good.
MOD NOTES: In the event that this person is killed, the death reveal will show Nana (protown surrogate). A surrogate will be described as a stand-in. No mention will be made of who Popo is, though if the lynch is the killer, it'll be obvious.
