1. In general, powers help town more than scum.
2. All else being equal, PFK's will help town. Powerful PFK's can disrupt the balance of power.
3. If the town has too many confirmable roles, scum can't win in the end game.
4. Too many detectives kills scum's ability to be creative.
5. You need to plan for a mass claim, and make it at best a neutral proposition for town.

1. The scum's powers, on average, are more powerful than the town's powers.
2. Diddy Kong has a vested interest in hurting the town, Yoshi can't do too much either way, and Mewtwo is a serial killer.
3. I double-double checked this one.
4. Only 3 1/2, and one's scum.
5. Really helps Mewtwo. Also, scum masons take bite out of it. Plus mixed good and bad guys.
