Tabuu (Godfather)
After your embarrassing defeat in subspace, the gods decided to be merciful, and remove your unhealty exile. With your new body fully functional and a whole planet to explore, you decided to hunt down one of those people who beat you...maybe the penguin who managed to outsmart you, or perhaps that hedgehog who took away your advantage. You were shocked, not only to find them in one place, but completly taken advantage of, battling like slaves for the bets of the spectators, run by the seedy Master Hand. Your attempts at talking him down failed, so you killed him and assumed his position. Unfortunatly for you, he wasn't lying when he said he was only a regional manager. You must have triggered something, because the people at HAL swooped down, forced you into the battles, and took over managerial duties. So you resorted to your new plan: convince everyone that this was an evil gladitorial sport and get them to band together to rise up (or B for short). It wasn't easy, but every few nights you managed to get another recruit, someone who felt taken advantage of and wished to leave. One, King Dedede, was so enthusiastic, he made special pamphlets to bypass the difficult "long speech" phase of convincing. Someone must have got wind of your plan. That's the only concievable reason that someone died the first day you printed those pamphlets. Now everyone thinks you all are killers; they want to kill you. Your only option is to lie low, the six of you, and get them to stop fighting. You still have an old trophy-making machine. If you can trophyphy all the non-SCUM, then you'll be able to fight HAL without deadly interference. If you, Tabuu, die, then the trophy making machine will go poof, and your fellow SCUM members will simply have to kill or be killed. Good luck.
1. You are the SCUM godfather. That means you investigate as Master Hand--Town. The other SCUM are __________________, and meet at _______________. 2. You know that Master Hand is not among the crowd. You know this because you personally dug his gloved grave. 3. You may do the nightkill yourself, via trophy-making machine.

Princess Peach (Poisoner/Inventor)
You were always a bit uneasy about the whole 'fighting tournament' thing. Something about the place just seemed wrong, like there was a seedy underbelly just waiting to strike. As such, you were quick to believe King Dedede when he told you about SCUM, and quick to join when he assured you they had no intention of killing the others. Sadly, though, that last one fell through. You don't think he wants to, either, but at this point there aren't many options left. You have an extra ability that might help survive, though. Because you're known for being good at improvisation, and an excellent cook, besided, you were chosen to own the concession stand. When you got there, along with the ingredients, there were a bunch of potion vials, with labels listed below. Perhaps you could poison someone's glass? But you won't force it down their throat; no, if you poison someone, you'll have to get them to drink first.
1. You are a member of the SCUM. The other SCUM are ____________ and meet at ______________. 2. You own the concession stand, even if someone else elects to run it. As such, once per night, you may poison someone's drink. 3. This poison lasts until the target drinks from the glass. You may poison someone's glass more than once. You may poison another SCUM's glass. 4. Your potions are: Cure (1) Instant Death (1) Petrification (1) Confusion (1) Sleep (2) Essence of Hate (2) Essence of Love (3) Pollen (4) 5. You may also do the nightkill for the scum if elected via poison tipped umbrella. However, you aren't used to killing, so there's a 50% chance that your target will be poisoned instead of being killed. The target will sense a failed attack, but die next dusk.
ModNotes: Cure resurrects someone half a cycle after their death is announced, e.g. if someone was lynched day 3, they come back day 4. Instant Death Kills Petrification renders them unable to use their abilities until targeted (or voted for) Confusion has them target a random person Sleep roleblocks Essence of hate gives that person an extra vote Essence of love takes away their vote Pollen imposes a harmless, toothless, annoying post restriction.
INSPIRED BY: The large flurry of night posts. There always are a relatively large and interesting amount, and I was wondering if I could benefit from it. The bar, being a constant, seemed like as good an entry point as any. Incedentally, this was originally the role for Sarah Conner (minus scum additions).

Captain Olimar (Minion Master)
You were on a distant planet, excavating treasure. You were ready to head home, to finally relax after so much time treasure hunting. Unfortunately, that didn't happen. You were abducted by giant creatures, the smallest of which is about four times your size. None of them understand your language. None of them will take you back. And every day, you have to use your Pikmin just to keep from dying. Well, not anymore. You found a strange man, Tabuu, who understands how you speak, and has offered to take you back home once he and his allies took over the Mansion. Now you will do anything to do so.
1. You are a member of the SCUM. The other SCUM are _________________ and meet at __________________. 2. Every day and night, you will pick a Pikmin. This Pikmin will be red, yellow, blue, purple or white. You may only have six pikmin in play at any time. Note that when you pick your Pikmin for the night, it will be available for your orders that night. 3. Each night, you can also command any number of Pikmin to take an action. The actions are: --Investigation. Sending one Pikmin will tell you who that player targeted and who targeted that player. Two Pikmin will get a character name. Three Pikmin will get a character name and target information. All Pikmin sent will die for this. --Hiding. You can send up to four Pikmin to dig a crevice for hiding from nightkills. 1 Pikmin creates a 25% chance, 2 create a 50% chance, etc. However, because this would have them work well into the night, all but one will get eaten. Purple Pikmin count as 2 for this task. --Finding. You can send up to six Pikmin to find and carry back the Franklin Badge. Once you get the Franklin Badge, any non-nightkill actions are automatically redirected to a random person. If you send one Pikmin, it will take six days, two, five days, three, four days, etc. These Pikmin will be gone for the duration they're carrying it back. White Pikmin count as 2 for this task. --Nightkill. If you are commanded to do the nightkill, you may send up to six (but at least 2) Pikmin to carry it out. 2 Pikmin have a 20% chance of success, 3 have a 40% chance, 4 have a 60% chance, and so on. If it fails, all the Pikmin sent die. Purple Pikmin count for two for this task. Also, if you so choose, you may send all six pikmin to kill even if another scum is charged with the task. This will surely hit, but all pikmin will surely die.
ModNotes: Pikimin are not publicly revealed.
INSPIRED BY: The necromancer in Apocalypse. The idea of needing certain numbers for various things, and needing to harvest the zombies before doing anything seemed perfect for Captian Olimar, who relied on large numbers of Pikmin to restore his ship. In that game, of course, the role was nerfed by it's suspicious-looking nature. I didn't want it to be useless, so I gave it to a hero...and made it a scum role. Hopefully, the town isn't too trusting...

Dark Samus (Janitor)
On planet Aether, you had only one goal. Kill the one who was your impostor. It was the only thing that gave you any reason to exist. You cornered Samus Aran as Dark Aether was exploding, and was ready to kill her. Unfortunately, your plans went wildly off course. It's probably a good thing she and you were sucked into this gladiatorial combat sport, considering how the battle was going, though. Once here you couldn't make overt attacks without being restrained, and Master Hand was careful never to pair you and Samus up. You probably would have gone on a killing spree had Tabuu not taught you humanity and given you a steady supply of phazon. Your first plan for the SCUM involved making an army out of phazon-controlled employees. Unfortunately, you got caught, and you are only able to make the most direct attacks now. Still, you have some influence in the form of the announcer. He's still a little affected, but not much. Each day, you can try to influence him to switch two of the player announcements. That way, anyone looking for the first player will find the second, and vice versa.
1. You are a member of the SCUM. The other SCUM are ________________ and meet at ______________________. 2. Every night, you attempt may switch 2 players. This switch has a 75% success rate. Anyone using an action on player X will hit player Y, and vice versa, unless they would hit themselves. In such an event, the action would go through successfully. 3. If commanded to nightkill, you can shoot a concentrated phazon blast at the chosen player. This will kill the player targeted.

Sheik (Lover/Ninja)
You were chosen by Master Hand for your fighting abilities. Sheik, one of the best fighters in the land...if you can find him. He found you. Of course, you're sure he hadn't wanted to bring Zelda along as well, but it was unavoidable, given that the two of you share a body. The business turned out to be a boon, as it allowed a deal to be worked out between you and Zelda: you do the fighting, keep the body safe, and she can be your face, talking at night. She even sealed it with a spell. You were perfectly content, but one day, you found a mysterious figure, named Tabuu, who had promised the one thing you truly want--freedom. He assures you that if you help him rise up against the others, he will make the Zelda thoughts become subservient to you, give you complete control over our own body! You will stop for nothing save death to achieve this!
1. You are a member of the SCUM. The other SCUM are ___________ and meet at ____________. 2. You are a ninja, and one of the best (perhaps the best) killer out of all the smashers. This means, that, should you do the nightkill, you can not be tracked, watched, or investigated. You will not be roleblocked, and only the best doctors can save your victims; only the most invincible smashers will not be killed by you. However, Zelda has placed a block on your body that keeps you from killing on consecutive days. 3. On days when you can't kill, you can keep someone secretive, meaning that any investigations return null, tracking and watching fail, roleblocking fails and any protections fail. The blocks, however, keep you from doing this to a killer. 4. You and Zelda share a body. She may not see it that way, but you do. If she dies, you die. That can't be helped. 5.Because of spells she's cast on you, you may not make more than five posts each day. Use them wisely. If you attempt to post more than this, she will seize the opportunity, banishing you to a far corner of her mind where you will waste away while she lives peacefully. 5. The mod will not modkill you for lack of participation due to role restrictions.
ModNotes: Pit is the only player who can stop Sheik's nightkill.

King Dedede (scum mason/roleblocker)
You were loath to believe the man who claimed to be Tabuu, back when he came here as a fighter. This place was fine, you thought. Though it was exhausting, everyone came out alright, and it's not like there was some big gambling operation going on. Only there was. Tabuu showed you things hidden from all the other smashers, documents depicting ticket sales and "spectators" exchanging coin over matches. You were furious, and agreed to help him. It was your idea to form an official organization, and make little pamphlets to avoid the long process of convincing particular players. You personally convinced Peach, and you were so incredibly pissed when all the SCUM plans blew up in your face with that death. Now, as second-in-command of the scum, it's your duty to keep the group running to take down this arena and keep HAL from ever profiting on others backs again. There's another issue, however. You were a member of the Baddies, a little group that was formed to discuss villainous plots and how to make them work. You've already seen two fellow baddies, Ganondorf (the Big Bad), and Wolf (the Worthy Opponent). You can tell, though, that they won't be swayed by argument. You'll have to act like a sheeple for now, it seems. However, unless it's absolutely necessary, you will not kill them. Unless you are the only SCUM member left, you will not raise your hammer toward your fellow baddies.
1. You are a mason. The other masons are ___________ and meet at ____________. 2. You are also a member of the SCUM. The other SCUM are ___________ and meet at ___________. You are not allowed to scumkill your fellow masons unless you are the only remaining SCUM member. 3. Every night (unless you're making the kill), you may make a waddle dee. This minion will stay with you until he dies. 4. Every night, you can send each waddle dee you command to roleblock a townie. Each time you do this, they (the waddle dees) have a 50% chance of dying. Also, you can do this even if you also do action 3 or 5. 5. You can also kill via mallet, blahblahblah.
