I am looking so townie that I look scummy lol Anyway, I just posted as if I was cross, that's what I do as Town.
@ Septimus, I don't think people are even looking at you now that you have posted and gnarly hasn't been mentioned. Ed, you had better be more sarcastic lol and I just don't know what to do anymore.

I guess Doctor should protect Ed, the only one of us attracting significant suspicion. (They don't like the new calmer Ed? ). If Vigilante instead directs his Kill against a Lurker, there are lurkier lurkers than Charlie to choose from. Any thoughts about a Scum vs Scum smear-fest? I'm not sure I could do the play-acting, but at least you needn't worry about my smudges leading to a Lynch: No one ever listens to me. (The one previous time I played Scum, D'en'dee, we won, in part because fellow Scummies were eager to Lynch me, and later to Lynch fellow Scum Red Skeezix.)

I think to post a major message in game board. If anyone's on-line please reply at once and I'll ask for comment by pre-posting my game message here after 4 pm, N.Y. Time.

I'm here now. I'd like to be protected.
I needed to attract some attention. I wouldn't be me if I didn't I'm sure we'll be going Scum and Scum soon enough.
However, if I die, I think most will not think I'd have gone to any lengths to protect Jan.
Of course, my game is at its best when I'm a Scum under pressure, ain't it?
15 non-Scum. Maybe a serial killer.
1. Inner Stickler (m) 2. Astral Rejection (m) 3. Mahaloth (m) 4. Scathach (f) 5. precambrianmollusc (m) 6. gregorio (m) 7. MentalGuy (m) 8. Hirka T'Bawa (m) 10. choie (f) 11. orcenio (m) 13. fubbleskag (m) 14. wevets (m) 17. GuiriEnEspana (m) 18. Svejk (?) 19. fluiddruid (f)
I'd be down with a killing of Astral. Anyone else jump out?
And who to block? Don't we have a roleblocker?

It sounds here like you think either choie slips, or else agree with Inner that Choie is being clever and pretending to be Vanilla. As for Inner, if he had Power mightn't he just keep quiet rather than call attention to his interest in power via #404? I suppose the best kill is the best scum-hunter. I know guiri has a very high reputation as successful scum. Is he also an expert scum hunter?

Because inner used the word "dick" in a night post perhaps breadcrumbing detective Interesting. I noticed the "dicks" at the time, did a double-take, but then ignored it. Whether we NK Inner at once or not, it will be interesting to see if that were indeed a breadcrumb. Another idea: Do some of us have Players who "always seem to go after us"? For example, in past games guiri often targeted me with questions; as Scum I worry some of these questions will stump me or lead to slips. Do any of you have Players you're particularly afraid of, that we should NK now before they start casting suspicion on us? (Or, should this be reversed: would a particular NK cast suspicion on us? For example, would killing choie cast suspicion on Ed?) Pede: Can any Scum announce our three targets in the thread, or does each individual Power have to post or PM? Do we have to nominate a Killer to perform our NL?Depending on answer, I the Doctor may need to be explicit: Protect: Special Ed

We seem to have an empty Scum's Lair, and I think deadline is an hour away. So, just in case no one else shows up:
Kill: Astral Block: Inner Stickler
(If a smarter Scum, i.e. any of the other three, shows up, please feel free to countermand this order.)

so block Astral and kill Inner? i'm up for that. if Inner was breadcrumbing it wasn't subtle enough.

Septimus, why not reverse the targets?

It's always fun to block the detective. It makes his claim less believable, allows one of us the opportunity to counter claim, and probably will frustrate the crap out of him.
Also, a doctor may have picked up on the breadcrumb as well.
Deadline is about an hour an 10 minutes from now.
So, let's stick with:
Kill: Astral Block: Inner Protect: Ed[/color]

So, wevets may have protected Astral? Or he may have been automatically assigned to protect any Power role.
And the Vigilante killed off the Town cop. How fortunate.
Guess that wasn't a breadcrumb by Inner.
